Paintings of Ralls Jennings

January 2010

Hi

If you want to see the paintings click on one of the links above.

If you are a previous visitor and would like to know how this issue is different then read on.

Starting with the new year I wanted as much of my material as possible on the site That goes back to 1962 and there is a lot of it. There is too much to handle on the type of web site I put out last year.

I needed a navigator to keep the reader on track and to allow me to update it without weeks of work.

Since I didn't know how to do it the modern way I reverted to using frames which I have used in the past. Geeks know that frames are so 1998 and aren't the best way. But they will navigate.

The site works for the most part. I have posted a lot of paintings and there is a navigator to help the reader stay on track. So what's wrong with frames?

The list of their shortcomings is long. For one they take up a lot of space and space on a web page is everything.

I will be trying to learn how a modern navigator works and also some of the other modern techniques that make a web site cool. Then again, maybe I won't.

Pricing is missing. Give me credit for at least getting that part started. It will be complete in Febuary

Thanks for stopping by.
